We were advised to contact NTES by our web developers, as our business was growing and evolving when we were setting up on on-line booking service, they suggested the way forward was to have a Small Business Server installed. 

From the onset I have found the NTES team to be very efficient, helpful and professional.  They went through all our requirements thoroughly, and explained them to us in detail.  Our new system was supplied and installed within two weeks of our initial contact.
